The Brazos Valley Equine Hospital (BVEH) was founded by Dr. Terrell “T-Bone” Buchanan in 1967 as an equine only medical and surgical hospital in Navasota, Texas. In recognition of the care and expertise provided over the years, BVEH has evolved into a regional hospital for Texas and several other states. Dr. Buchanan's practice focuses on cutting edge sports medicine, while providing internal medicine, surgical, and intensive care. T-Bone main interests are lameness, acupuncture, chiropractics and diagnostic imaging. T-Bone is a renowned practitioner and has spoken at numerous international Equine Sports Medicine conferences.
